State Police are investigating a Monday morning fire that destroyed the probation and parole office in Culpeper.
Early reports suggested the fire was suspicious but investigators say they are still looking for the cause. Police say no one was injured.
Ruth Butler lives across the street from the office and witnessed the flames. “I heard noise, so I got up and looked out. There was a lot of fire trucks, big fire, blaze, going high,” Butler said.
