HAMPTON – Firefighters in Hampton spent much of last night battling a blaze that badly damaged two vacant houses on Settlers Landing Road.
The houses at 407 and 409 Settlers Landing, which fire marshal Anne-Marie Loughran said were built in the late 19th century, had ben vacant since last spring. No injuries were reported.
