A Floyd County teenager died early Saturday morning when his pickup collided head-on with an ambulance.
Mitchell Gregory Hall, 18, was not wearing his seat belt when he apparently pulled off the shoulder of the road directly into the path of a Floyd County Rescue Squad ambulance, according to Sgt. Rob Carpentieri of the Virginia State Police.
