BIG STONE GAP, Va. (AP) – Two Coeburn men have been sentenced in the torching of a historic lookout tower in the Jefferson National Forest and a nearby restroom building.
U.S. Attorney Julia Dudley said Thursday that 24-year-old Nicholas Owens and 24-year-old Christopher Dominic Hyatt were sentenced Wednesday in federal court in Big Stone Gap.
