Two car accident with a bus on 3/20/2009 located in the intersection of Elm Ave. and London Blvd. in Portsmouth Virginia. One male passenger of bus was tranported to local hospital with minor injuries. Both of the back seats of van were removed to get patient
extricated from van. One small child on the bus was transported to local hospital for assesment.
