Forest, VA – There is still no official word on what caused the blaze that destroyed a Forest strip mall last night. Today store owners were sifting through the ashes to see if anything is salvageable. Every shop in the Jefferson Business Center was destroyed, luckily no one was hurt. But owners say the damage that was done will be difficult to overcome. The fire started behind the Blackwater Bike Shop, owned by Davy Hazlegrove.
