An investigation is underway at a strip mall in Bedford County. The Jefferson Business Center on Route 221, otherwise known as Forest Road, caught on fire Saturday night.
Six businesses had shops in the mall, including a nail salon, a Farm Bureau office, a skate shop, a bike shop, a tattoo parlor, and a weightloss center. Some of the store owners didn’t have insurance. Now, everything is gone.
Shop owners came to see the damage for themselves Sunday afternoon.
