The Lexington Fire Department responded for a MVC on Southbound I-81 at mile marker 193 on Sunday, June 21st around 10:00am. First arriving units found a single vehicle over the embankment 200 feet from the interstate with three patients that had been ejected from the vehicle. Lexington Medic 17 transported one patient.

Responding units were: Assistant Chief Swink, Medic Engine 92, Medic U-9, Support 9, and Lexington Medic 17.
