(Updated 3:45 p.m.) STRASBURG — For the first time in more than 16 hours, both northbound lanes of Interstate 81 near Strasburg are open following last night’s deadly fiery crash.
Shortly after 2:30 p.m., both lanes were open, according to a news release from the Virginia Department of Transportation. The right lane had opened around 10:30 a.m.
