City Of Lexington Fire Dept responded to I 64 for a MVC with roll over at MM 54. Rescue Engine 92 arrived on scene and confirmed one vehicle on its side with entrapment. Crew on Rescue Engine 92 stabilized vehicle and extricated one patient. Lexington Rescue Medic 17 transported to Stonewall Jackson Hospital. Patient was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital by Life Guard 10. Units on scene Assistant Chief Swink, Engine 92, Engine 9, Utility 9, and Lexington Rescue Medic 17.
