The Brandy Station Volunteer Fire Department; Company 2 in Culpeper County is very pleased to announce an addition to their firefighting fleet. Chris Brown, chief of the department says this new piece of apparatus will run as their Wagon, first out on any building fires, inside gas leaks, etc. Chief Brown says it is a great addition and brings the department within the current schedule of their apparatus replacement plan. This new piece comes by way of the Buckhall Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department; Company 16 in Prince William County. Buckhall had this piece of apparatus up for sale and it was one of those situations where we were in need and they offered us a great deal. Brandy Station was able to purchase all new equipment for their new Wagon because of the price they paid. Brandy Station certainly wants to thank the leadership and members of the Buckhall Vol. Fire and Rescue Dept. The Brandy Station Volunteer Fire Department is an all volunteer fire department that primarily raises its capital expenses by holding weekly Bingo and an annual fair.
