A reported structure fire call turned into a stand off with police. Arturo sent in the photos attached.

According to myfoxdc.com:

It is taking place near Fisher Drive and Lisle Avenue on Tuesday evening, and it started around 6:30 p.m. A police spokeswoman told the Associated Press that a resident in the 7700 block of Fisher Drive called 911 to say he heard a sound like a gunshot and saw a woman on the ground.
