Chief 201, Engine 252, Medic 258 responded with Glade Spring Fire Department and Glade Life-Saving Crew to the 32 mile marker of Interstate 81 north bound for a reported Motor Vehicle Collision involving a tractor trailer. Marion Fire Ladder 1 was standing by at CFD also responded and protected the scene by placement across lanes of traffic. Upon arrival, units found that three vehicles were involved.
