Joseph Calfee

Sunday, October 11, 2009 – It is with great sadness that the Dublin Volunteer Fire Department has to announce the passing of one of our own. Joseph A. Calfee, age 50, passed away this morning at his home. Joey was an active lifetime member of The Dublin and Newbern Volunteer Fire Departments, and a lifetime member of The Pulaski County Life Saving Crew. In addition, Joey had affiliations with numerous other fire and rescue departments in the area. Arrangements are still pending and will be updated on the Dublin Volunteer Fire Department web site at dublinfd.com once they are known. Joey will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters in his extended public safety family.
