Box 2002 at 1539 hrs, ALS emergency call came to Engine and medic 420 of Gunston for an approximately 60 year old male that reportedly fell 30 feet from a roof at the 6100 block of Chapman Road  in Lorton, VA. Fairfax County police helicopter “Fairfax 1“was sent for transport.

The patient had complaints of rib injuries and possible leg fracture. Tanker 420 was sent out for landing zone operations support. A community beach / playground were chosen for “LZ” due to its convenient proximity. The patient was stable and successfully transported to Fairfax Hospital.
