NEWPORT NEWS – For the second time in less than a week, a business was badly damaged by an early-morning fire at the Ivy Farms Plaza Shoppes strip mall in Newport News.
The fire was reported around 3 a.m. at T.G.'s Steakhouse and Saloon, which occupies the middle of three businesses in the strip mall. Last Wednesday morning, the neighboring office of Moore Realty caught fire and sustained heavy interior damage in what fire investigators have called a suspicious fire.
