RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Someone cut the line on a propane tank at the home of a congressman’s brother after his address was posted online by tea party activists angry about passage of the federal health care reform bill, the lawmaker’s office said Wednesday. A threatening letter was also sent to the house.

U.S. Rep. Tom Perriello’s office said a line to the small propane tank used for a gas grill was cut inside the screened-in porch at his brother’s Charlottesville home on Tuesday. Periello’s office said the letter was threatening but wouldn’t elaborate on what it said.
