Two cars were destroyed and one was damaged this morning during a fire in a parking garage near Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Firefighters were called to the third floor of the garage near Fairfax Avenue and adjacent to Eastern Virginia Medical School's Hofheimer Hall about 7 a.m.

Norfolk firefighters extinguished a blaze that destroyed two vehicles and damaged a third Thursday morning, March 11, 2010, inside a parking garage near Fairfax Avenue and Eastern Virginia Medical School's Hofheimer Hall. No injuries were reported. The blaze is under investigation. (Cindy Clayton | The Virginian-Pilot)
