FAIRFAX, Va. –
Prosecutors have filed a motion to drop felony charges against two bartender who performed a fire-breathing trick at a Herndon bar, according to court records.
Manassas resident Justin Fedorchak and Tegee Rogers, of Herndon, both bartenders at Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern in Herndon, were each charged with three felonies after a Fairfax County fire marshal saw them breath fire at the tavern on July 24.
