Entrapment on White Oak Rd in Stafford County

Stafford Va.- On 9/02/10 at 12:21:56 Stafford County Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a reported auto accident with entrapment at 507 White Oak Road. Rescue Squad 1, the Safety Officer and Medic 11 arrived 12:26:56. Initial size-up revealed a 2 vehicle accident with one overturned and a patient trapped inside. White Oak Road command was established, Rescue 1 and Medic 7 were assigned to the extrication while Medic 11 assessed the patient in the second vehicle. Upon their arrival Quint 12 assisted with the extrication and the protection line from E-7. The extrication was complete within fifteen minutes and the patient was transported to Mary Washington Hospital. The patient from the second vehicle was not injured.
