CHESAPEAKE, Va. WAVY – A cleaning crew working on a Chesapeake home found what appeared to be an explosive device, Wednesday afternoon.A flotilla of FBI, ATF, bomb squad and firefighters made for an unnerving afternoon for residents along Prospect Drive, in the Great Bridge area of the city.
