WINCHESTER — A 4-year-old girl died Tuesday after a fire at her grandmother’s home in Mountain Falls Park, officials said.Fire and rescue crews were called about 10 a.m. to 117 Cougar Trail after furniture in the living room caught fire, according to the Frederick County Fire and Rescue Department.Crews had the fire contained within minutes, the department said via a news release, but injuries to the home’s occupants were severe.
