Stafford Va.-On November 10, 2010 at 07:21 a.m. Stafford County Fire and Rescue Department units responded to a multi-vehicle accident involving five vehicles with possible entrapment on Cambridge Street. The first arriving unit reported five vehicles were involved with one vehicle on top of a second. Upon completion of a scene size-up units reported no entrapment, 1 minor injury and ten patient refusals.
