CHESTERFIELD, VA WWBT -A Chesterfield firefighter is facing a series of charges related to a suspected drunk driving incident. A police officer says 41-year-old Aubrey Smith tried to outrun the law then turned on the officer.According to court documents, on the night of June 29th Smith was arrested for speeding, driving under the influence, eluding police, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.
