If I send something in, will you publish it?
Yes, we publish 99% of submissions. Occasionally, we are sent in numerous photographs and decide not to publish all of them. We reserve the right to publish the information that we want.
We have our own website where we put pictures and information. Can you link to it?
Yes. We understand that many departments have up to date websites which feature incidents. All we have to do is be aware of it and we can post a link. Have your webmaster contact us when you update and we will link to your site where you have the information already posted.
Why isn't there more EMS stuff on the site?
We rely on submissions from our viewers. If EMS related information is not submitted, we cannot publish it. Feel free to submit EMS related articles.
How do I submit information?

Good question. Rhett Fleitz is the editor of the website. Rhett is a Lieutenant with Roanoke Fire-EMS. When he is unable to update the site, his wife Becky steps in to make sure that you get your news daily. Read more information here.
How can I become a contributing editor?
Send us an email of what you plan on covering, your credentials, and what your envolvement is with Fire/EMS. We will review the information and get back to you with any additional questions.

How often do you update the site?
We don't actually work on a set schedule. We work with what is submitted to us. We may update once a day, or several times a day. Rarely does a day go by that we do not update.
